- Our website uses various forms that customers can use to request information, products and services. From these forms, we collect the following information:

These conditions on this page will be considered invalid if they are outdated by new updates, although every effort is made to present current and accurate information.
- The duration is an estimate based on experience. There is no time pressure and start and end times are flexible and adaptable.
- What is included in the tours: On Tours and other transport, tolls and driver/guide expenses are included. On the pages of each tour, we reserve a space where we inform you what is and isn't included.
- All taxes and insurance included in accordance with Portuguese law.
- Day trips include a lunch break and we stop at places where there are options for lunch or quick snacks. All meals are at the client's expense.
- Services additional to those contracted: if you start and/or finish outside Lisbon, there will be an extra charge for the transfer to the place where the tour begins or ends;
- To guarantee a place, make a reservation at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Bookings can be made directly through our website, by WhatsApp message, phone call or email. If you book by email, please include all the necessary details so that we can respond and guarantee maximum efficiency. Booking online will guarantee instant confirmation. Booking by phone or email can take up to one working day.
- Last minute bookings (less than 24 hours) must be made by telephone and paid in full by Paypal or bank transfer.
- All bookings are subject to availability and MoonShadow Tours reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
- Pick-up and drop-off of the clients: For pickups outside of Lisbon area, an additional fee of 50€ per tour will be payable directly to the driver/guide.

- Payments:
By booking any activity, the client fully and clearly understands and accepts all the Terms and Conditions on this website.
* Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, card or Paypal.
* For ‘Book now, pay later’ options, please contact us.
* MoonShadow Tours reserves the right to change prices according to dynamic pricing models, for economic purposes such as currency fluctuations, inflation, increases in supplier costs or any other reason at MoonShadow Tours' discretion.
* Any changes in prices will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed by MoonShadow Tours.
* MoonShadow Tours reserves the right to charge a 100 per cent deposit to guarantee all bookings.

- Tour different from those offered: just ask and we will send you a quote according to your proposal.
- People in wheelchairs: Unfortunately, our vehicles are not yet ready to accommodate people with special needs.

- Delays to the start of the tour: if the client is late, the guide will inform you of a probable limitation on visits to the attractions. In the event of a delay due to a fault on the part of MoonShadow Tours of more than 1 hour, we will refund the percentage of time lost.
- Transfers: between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. there is an additional night supplement;
- Continuous services after 8pm are subject to an additional charge for meals, car parks and/or tolls;
- To request a transfer service, please send an e-mail for a quote or make a telephone call.
- Personal property:
* MoonShadow Tours is not responsible for any objects stolen, lost or forgotten inside our vehicles;
* We cannot be held responsible for excess luggage or luggage of an unusual size which, due to lack of prior warning at the time the service is booked, does not allow the use of the contracted vehicle;
* It is the client's responsibility to ensure that personal belongings are secure throughout the activity.
- The following actions are forbidden inside the vehicle:
*Smoking.
*Carrying animals.
*Eating and drinking, with the exception of bottled water.
*Any movement that is harmful to the other occupants and the driver, including moving body parts or objects outside the confines of the vehicle.
- It is the sole responsibility of the person causing the damage to pay for any damage caused, whether by accident or negligence, to MoonShadowTours' assets (car...).

SAFETY MEASURES - COVID-19

- As a preventative measure, it is recommended to use a mask during the entire course of the tour, for clients and guides inside monuments and inside any of the places that can be visited.
- DiWe provide alcohol-gel before entering vehicles.
- Visitors must always keep the same seat throughout the trip.
- The company ensures all the cleaning and sanitizing of its vehicles. Vehicle areas will be cleaned throughout the day by the guide (e.g. door handles)
- The customer must bring his mask, but we can also provide them for a symbolic value.
- The group must keep their distance while accompanying the guide.
- The vehicle will be completely cleaned and disinfected after each activity, (ex: windows, seats, carpets)
- Necessary precautions:
* Wash your hands;
* Use alcohol-gel throughout the day;
* Maintain a safe distance;
* Use the inside of your arm to cough or sneeze;
- MoonShadow Tours reserves the right to refuse tours if your customers don't wear a mask.
CANCELLATION POLICY

- Customer cancellations up to 72 hours before the start, your money will be fully refunded.
- Customer cancellations up to 48 hours before the start, your money will be refunded by 25%, this amount will never be less than 25€ or more than 250€.
- Customer cancellations in the previous 24 hours at the beginning without the right to a refund.
​- Cancellations by the company up to 24 hours before the start, with a full refund.

- Changing the tour date - by the client - is only possible subject to availability and applicable charges.
- In the event of a ‘No-Show’ without any warning, the remainder of your booking will be cancelled automatically and the full amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card or other selected payment method.
- Tours may be cancelled by MoonShadow Tours or Civil Protection under adverse weather conditions. If the tour cannot be completed, it will be rescheduled if the client agrees or refunds the amount paid.
